All orders placed before Friday at 9:00 p.m will be delivered the upcoming Sunday and Wednesday. Any orders placed after the order deadline will be delivered the following Sunday and Wednesday. Click the “Subscribe & Save” button at checkout to save 5% with each order.

Unfortunately no, as all our meals are made fresh to order. But do place an order now for next week!

Once you complete payment through our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

Members may request to cancel their purchase, up until our 9 pm Friday order deadline. The full value of the canceled order can be transferred to a later date/time or refunded with a 5% transaction fee. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of delivery date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Subscription transactions must be adjusted prior to processing. Our team is here to assist you to skip a week's delivery, pause the subscription, or make other modifications, we just ask that any requests be made prior to the subscription transaction processing for the following weeks' deliveries. Canceling a subscription order, post-transaction, may be subject to a 5% processing fee.

Our rotating menus change weekly. Our team updates the menu weekly early Sunday mornings, with our following Sunday delivery menu offerings available for purchase until 9pm Friday evening and our Wednesday delivery menu offerings available for purchase until 11pm Saturday evening.

On The Run Meals is a completely gluten and dairy free company - all of our menu items are suitable for celiac and dairy sensitivities. If you have any other food allergy or just prefer to avoid certain foods, you are welcome to build your own plan. If you have further questions about the contents of a meal, do not hesitate to email your questions to menu@otrmeals.com.

Remove the plastic lid from your biodegradable microwavable On The Run Meals container. Make sure that any sauce or salad cups are removed from the container prior to heating. Place your meal in the microwave and heat for approximately 1:30 – 2:00 minutes. For best results, remove the food from the container, and sautée in a pan or bake in an oven. Enjoy!

At On The Run Meals we’re committed to being an eco-friendly company, and minimizing waste in order to encourage landfill diversion and help protect our environment: All our packaging is biodegradable and compostable or recyclable and reusable. We encourage our members to dispense of all packaging in an eco-friendly way.

We deliver our meals twice weekly so you don't have to! If you do choose to freeze our meals, we recommend placing the contents of the meal container in an air tight sealed container to prevent freezer burn, as our fresh meals have a vent in their lid to keep the meal fresh in your fridge!

We offer a full range of Pre-Set meal plan options, but if you have specific dietary needs, or preferences, you can make a custom plan by selecting items on our "Build Your Plan" page. Click the “More Info” button under any of our plans to view the menu, a detailed description of the plan, and pricing information. If you would like some guidance in choosing a plan, please feel free to email menu@otrmeals.com and one of our member support team members will be happy to answer your questions.

Absolutely. You can choose to build your own personalized plan by mixing and matching menu items - as many or as few as you’d like, on our "Build Your Plan" page.

Unfortunately we can’t accommodate substitutions to our pre-set plans. If you would like to create a custom plan, please feel free to use the “Build Your Plan” option.

Yes, choose the “Build Your Plan” option, select only Sunday or Wednesday delivery menu items, and you will receive all your meals on the chosen delivery day.

Save time and money by signing up for a recurring weekly subscription, and never worry about missing order deadlines again. You’ll receive a set order every week, and get 5% off each order at the same time.

Yes, to skip your upcoming delivery, log into to your member account and select the “Pause Subscription” option by 12 a.m. the Wednesday before your order is due. Your subscription will resume as usual the following week. Alternatively, please contact our team to make the change to your subscription by emailing us at info@otrmeals.com, by 12 a.m. the Wednesday before your order is due to prevent transaction fees.

Yes, if you would like to cancel your subscription, simply log in to your member account and click the “Cancel Subscription” button. You can also contact one of our Member Support team members on our websites live chat or email info@otrmeals.com. Our team is here to help!

Our delivery area is the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and surrounding suburbs. We deliver as far east as Bowmanville, as far west as Milton and as far north as East Gwillimbury. We also deliver to Oakville, Burlington, Caledon, and are always looking to expand!

We’re working towards expanding our delivery areas. If we don’t currently deliver in your area, please contact us at info@otrmeals.com and mention you would like to see your city added to our delivery zone.

Each week we have two delivery days, with a menu specific to each day. Our deliveries will arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sundays and Wednesdays. You’ll receive your first notification via text message when your driver begins the route, and a second notification prior to their arrival. If you have special delivery requests, please feel free to let us know at info@otrmeals.com.

Please leave detailed instructions in the "Apt, Suite, etc" section of your shipping address when checking out, or let us know of the instructions by email at info@otrmeals.com

Please also inform us if your preference is to receive your delivery to your unit or if your building has a concierge procedure. We want your deliveries to be as smooth as possible! Please inform our team of any updates or changes to your residence's concierge policy.

All our products are delivered in an insulated cooler bag designed to keep your meals cold for a couple of hours until you return. If you need to make other arrangements, we ask that you contact us and let us know a day prior to the delivery date.

If you feel we have missed your delivery in error please email info@otrmeals.com and a customer service representative will contact you.

Our team produce a very limited production surplus of meals that may be available as 6 meal plans, subject to demand, for purchase on Saturdays.
Please order by Friday at 9pm to guarantee delivery as purchased. Orders placed on Saturday, for following Sunday delivery, may be subject to substitution based on limited availability of products.
Preset plans & subscriptions purchased Saturday will be fulfilled subject to demand and availability. Deliveries that we are not able to fulfil, will begin the following Wednesday & Sunday and our team will contact you to inform you of the change.

Absolutely, in fact we encourage our members to return their delivery bags & ice packs for reuse. Our team of drivers will collect the bags & ice packs from members during their weekly deliveries, please leave the bags consolidated at the point of delivery. We inspect and sanitize the bags & ice packs for reuse, and responsibly dispose of items unfit for recirculation. We thank our members for supporting our sustainability initiatives!
