Ordering

Visit our super user-friendly online portal – www.OTRMeals.com – and choose the plan that best suits your lifestyle! Once you've placed your order we will make sure to follow up with an email welcoming you to the OTR Community. If you need assistance during this process feel free to call us at (416) 985-7116.

Once you've placed your order by latest Thursday's at 9pm you will receive your delicious meals on the upcoming Sunday. Example: Mike orders his food online by latest Thursday June, 15 at 9pm. Mike will receive his food on upcoming Sunday June, 18 between 4-9pm and on Wednesday June, 21 between 4-9pm.

The minimum weekly order amount is $150 before promo codes.

Any questions you may have could be forwarded to menu@otrmeals.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once you've placed your order we will make sure to follow up with an email welcoming you to the OTR Community as well as a confirmation email. The confirmation email will have your order and invoice.

MEALS

Our members can visit www.OTRMeals.com to view the menu. Descriptions are provided for each dish to serve you better.

Our menu includes icons that indicate common allergies in our dishes. Upon check out you will be able to use the check boxes as well as an "Other" box to specify which allergies may apply to you.

Of Course! All of the ingredients used in our meals are non-GMO, free of hydrogenated oils, modified starches, high fructose corn syrups, man made dyes, preservatives, white flour, white sugar & table salt. All of our meats are drug and hormone free.

All of our containers are microwave safe. The average microwave heating time is about 1 minute for breakfasts and about 2 minutes for lunches and dinners. For best results, place on oven friendly dish and heat for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Also some meals can be quickly sautéed in a pan. Each container is labeled with a best before date to better serve our members. Since we use natural, preservative free ingredients we advise our members check those dates upon consumption.

Delivery

Each of our menus is designed with a specific goal in mind. On each meal plans page there is a description of what each menu was designed for. If you are unsure of which option is right for you, give us a call at (416) 985-7116, and one of our enrollment specialists will point you in the right direction.

We currently serve the GTA and surrounding areas.  This is automatically determined at check out.

Your meals will arrive each Sunday and Wednesday between 4-9pm. If you have specific time requests feel free to email us at menu@otrmeals.com and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.

If you live in an apartment building that requires front desk/call box access it is the member's responsibility to ensure your driver is granted access upon arrival. If the driver cannot enter the building to complete delivery, they will have to leave and continue their route as each driver has many deliveries to be made in a short period of time. A driver is not permitted to return to a stop after the initial failed delivery attempt. Thus, if access is not granted upon arrival meals could be picked up from our facility at a later time.

It is the member's responsibility to contact us and let us know specific delivery instructions a day prior to deliveries going out at Menu@otrmeals.com.

While our drivers will be consistent with delivery times (4pm-9pm), there are factors beyond our control, such as weather and traffic that can lead to delays. Please be patient and rest assured that delays are not commonplace and our driver will be at your doorstep shortly!

There may be several reasons why you would not receive a delivery. Non-payment, a scheduled hold, our driver could not access your home, or an unforeseen delivery delay due to an uncommon and unavoidable circumstance. If you feel you have missed a delivery in error please email Menu@otrmeals.com and a customer service representative will contact you at the beginning of the next business day.

Your driver does not work off tips and is not expecting to receive them. However, if you feel your driver's service is exceptional, tips are surely appreciated.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returned containers. All of our containers provided are reusable and convenient for various needs. If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle.

Nutrition

Yes, we do have a large variety of gluten free meals. If they are not gluten free, we will indicate that in the meal description.

Yes, we do have a large variety of dairy free meals. If they are not dairy free, we will indicate that in the meal description.

Meal Plans

Each plan is described in detail on the menu page.

No, pre-set plans could not be customized as each satisfies a specific need. However we do offer a customized plan for customers who know exactly what they want.

Yes of course! We encourage members that know exactly what they want, to select the customized plan. The customized plan has no restrictions when choosing your meals! You choose what best fits your lifestyle.

Ex. Mike loves chicken but isn't a big fan of fish. To best satisfy his needs, Mike selects the customized plan and selects only chicken dishes. When Mike's food arrives on Sunday evening, only the chicken dishes he selected are delivered.

Accounting and Billing

We need at least 48 notice and we can pause your account. Just send us an email at Menu@OTRMeals.com call us at (416) 985-7116 and we'll gladly assist you through the process.

In order to cancel your plan please give us a heads up by latest Thursday at 9pm for the upcoming week. You are able to cancel through OTRMeals.com. Feel free to send us an email at Menu@OTRMeals.com or call us at (416) 985-7116 and we'll gladly assist you through the process.

Once you have placed your order through OTRMeals.com you will instantly receive an invoice to your desired email address.
