Our alternative vegan option, also known as the “fresh plan”, consists of a varied selection of salads. Like all our meals, our salads are chef and nutritionist-designed to be both nutritionally complete and delicious - each one of our power salads consists of a base carb/starch, plant-based protein source, fresh vegetables and leafy greens. It’s an ideal plan for those looking to eat a diet of mostly raw, fresh, nutritionally-packed light foods.
