No, you can place either a one time order or set up a weekly repeating subscription order for the best value.
Our members have the flexibility to plan and easily skip one delivery or several at the same time. Skip, cancel or pause any time before the order deadline.
The order deadline for Sundays delivery is the Thursday prior at Midnight. The order deadline for Wednesdays delivery is Saturday at Midnight.
We now solely offer the option of custom subscriptions. Prefer a repeating pattern of 6 meals, select 6 and subscribe. Our subscription application will pre-select your next 6. Its that easy!
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account page. Once cancelled, any undelivered purchased orders will be completed, but no new orders will be processed until you resume the subscription.
Our subscriptions process 3 days before their delivery, for each delivery. Orders delivered on Sundays process on Thursdays and orders delivered on Wednesday process on Saturday, giving you plenty of time to make your selections for your orders.
Our meals are a single portion intended for an adult
Due to our current production processes, we are unable to accommodate requests for ingredient substitutions at this time.
On The Run Meals is a gluten-free and dairy-free company. All of our menu items are suitable for individuals with celiac disease and dairy sensitivities.
We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the ingredient lists for our meals on our order page before making your selection. Due to our production processes, we are unable to accommodate ingredient substitution requests at this time.
Our meals are intended for a healthy living balanced lifestyle. For anyone ordering with weight loss as their aim, we recommend our low-carb range of meals.
Our meals are prepared with a focus on minimizing sodium content to support a healthy lifestyle. Due to our current production processes, we are unable to fulfill any requests for modifications to make our meals sodium free at this time.
Place your meal in the microwave and warm for 2-2:30
Our meals delivered on Sunday are to be eaten by Wednesday evening and our meals delivered Wednesday are to be eaten by Saturday evening.
We deliver our meals twice weekly so you don't have to! If you do choose to freeze our meals, we recommend placing the contents of the meal container in an air tight sealed container to prevent freezer burn, as our fresh meals have a vent in their lid to keep the meal fresh in your fridge!
We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays from 3pm to 8pm
Yes, using our webtracker that is emailed to you at noon on the day of your delivery.
Please input your buzzer, unit number, and any other instructions necessary to complete a smooth delivery to your home. We can deliver to your concierge as well. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure our driver can deliver according to your instructions, if we are not able to deliver to your unit, the driver will leave the order with your concierge.
Please return the ice packs and delivery bags for cleaning and reuse. We appreicate you supporting our sustainability initiatives!
