Promotion Period: September 8–30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the BTL250 promotion offered by On The Run Meals (“OTR Meals”).
The BTL250 promotion is available to new OTR Meals members only.
To participate, an eligible customer must redeem promo code BTL250 between September 8 and September 30, 2026.
OTR Meals reserves the right to determine eligibility based on customer and order history and may restrict or remove promotional eligibility in cases of duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse, misuse, or attempts to circumvent the intended terms of the promotion.
The promotion is limited to one BTL250 promotional enrollment per customer.
Redeeming BTL250 on a qualifying first order enrolls the customer in an individual 16-week promotional discount schedule.
The customer's available discount is determined by their current week in the program, beginning from the date of their qualifying enrollment. The discount schedule is individual to each customer and does not follow a shared calendar.
One promotional discount is available per program week.
The promotion is based on the customer's week in the program, not the number of orders placed.
If a customer places multiple orders during the same program week, they do not receive multiple weekly discounts and do not advance to the next discount as a result of placing additional orders.
If a customer does not place an order during a particular program week, that week's discount is not forfeited.
The customer will remain at that promotional step until they place a qualifying order. Their next qualifying order will receive the discount associated with the week they are currently on.
Customers do not automatically advance to the next promotional discount simply because time has passed without placing an order.
A $75 minimum order is required to qualify for the promotional discount.
The BTL250 promotion provides eligible customers with a 16-week promotional discount schedule. The discount available to the customer may vary from week to week and is determined by the customer's current week in the program.
The total potential value of the promotional discounts is up to $250 over the 16-week promotional period.
BTL250 cannot be combined with any other promo code, discount, promotional offer, loyalty reward, or other promotional pricing, unless expressly authorized by OTR Meals.
Only one BTL250 discount may be applied to a qualifying order.
The BTL250 promo code may be redeemed from September 8 through September 30, 2026.
Customers who successfully enroll during this period will continue through their individual 16-week promotional schedule based on their enrollment date.
The end of the enrollment period does not cause an enrolled customer's remaining promotional weeks to expire.
OTR Meals reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or remove promotional eligibility where it reasonably believes that a customer has:
Created or used multiple accounts to obtain additional promotional benefits;
Attempted to redeem the promotion more than once;
Used the promotion in connection with fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
Attempted to circumvent the promotion's eligibility requirements;
Manipulated orders or accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional discounts; or
Otherwise abused or attempted to exploit the promotion.
Promotional benefits obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions may be cancelled.
OTR Meals reserves the right to correct technical, administrative, pricing, or system errors associated with the promotion.
If a discount is incorrectly applied due to a technical or administrative error, OTR Meals may correct the error and adjust the affected promotional benefit, subject to applicable law.
OTR Meals is not responsible for promotional benefits that cannot be applied due to technical failures outside of its reasonable control.
OTR Meals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical issues, administrative errors, circumstances beyond OTR Meals' reasonable control, or other circumstances that materially affect the operation of the promotion.
Any such action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and will not affect benefits that have already been properly earned where applicable law requires otherwise.
Promotional discounts have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another customer or account.
By redeeming promo code BTL250, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
OTR Meals reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the application and interpretation of these promotional terms, subject to applicable law.
