How do I set up an account?
You can set up an account by either clicking on the “My Account” button on the top right corner of the page, or during the checkout process.
Why do I need an account?
An account allows you to save your billing information, delivery address, preferences, view your order history and make changes to your recurring subscription plan.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
The minimum purchase amount is $75. However, to qualify for free delivery within our delivery zone you must make a minimum purchase of $150.
What happens after I order?
After an order has been placed, you will receive a welcome email that includes all the information you need to know about our service, followed by an order confirmation email.
When will I receive my meals?
All orders placed before Friday at 9:00 p.m. will be delivered the upcoming Sunday and Wednesday. Any orders placed after the order deadline will be delivered the following Sunday and Wednesday.
Click the “subscribe & save” button at checkout to save 5% with each order.
I missed the deadline, can I still get meals this week?
Unfortunately not, all our meals are made fresh and we order as close to our preparation time as possible to maximize freshness. But do place an order now for next week!
How does billing work?
Once you complete payment through our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
Is it always the same meals?
Our menu changes frequently to embrace produce seasonality, support local farms, and ensure our members could eat On The Run Meals every single day of the year and never get bored.
What if I have food allergies?
On The Run Meals is a completely gluten and dairy free company! All our menu items are suitable for celiac and dairy sensitivities. If you have any other food allergy or just prefer to not eat certain things, you are welcome to build your own plan. All our meals have allergen icons indicating if they contain certain common food allergens like nuts or fish. If you have further questions about the contents of a meal, do not hesitate to email your questions to email@example.com.
Where can I find nutritional information for your meals?

Do you have gluten-free or dairy-free meals?
Yes, in fact On The Run Meals is a completely gluten and dairy-free company.
How do I warm up my meals?
- Remove the plastic lid from your biodegradable microwavable On The Run Meals container.
- Make sure that any sauce or salad cups are removed from the container prior to heating.
- For best results: remove the food from the container, and sautée in a pan or bake in an oven. For quick results: place your meal in the microwave and heat for approximately 1:30 – 2:00 minutes.
How do I dispose of my meal containers?
At On The Run Meals we’re committed to being an environmentally responsible company by minimizing waste in order to encourage landfill diversion and help protect our environment:
- All our packaging is biodegradable and compostable or recyclable and reusable.
- Our products are delivered in insulated cloth bags, these bags can be kept and reused or returned to our driver if you'd like to help our company minimize our carbon footprint.
- We encourage our members to reuse or dispense of all packaging in accordance to the recycling, organics & garbage disposal policies in your area of residence.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
We offer a full range of pre-set meal plan options, but if you have specific dietary needs or preferences you can build your own plan. Simply click the “More Info” button under any of our plans to view the menu, a detailed description of the plan, and pricing information.

Can I make a customized order?
Absolutely! You can choose to build your own personalized delivery by mixing and matching menu items - as many or as few as you’d like.
Can I make changes to a pre-set plan?
Unfortunately we can’t accommodate substitutions to our pre-set plans. If you would like to create a custom plan, please feel free to use the “Build Your Plan” option.
Can I get a Sunday-only or Wednesday-only delivery?
Yes you can! Simply choose the “Build Your Plan” option, select only Sunday or Wednesday delivery menu items, and you will receive all your meals on the chosen delivery day.
What is a weekly subscription?
Save time and money by signing up for a recurring weekly subscription, and never worry about missing order deadlines again. You’ll receive a set order every week, and get 5% off every order at the same time.
Can I pause my weekly subscription?
Absolutely! Simply log into to your member account in the top right corner of our website and select the “Pause Subscription” option by 12 a.m. the Wednesday before your order is due to to skip your upcoming delivery. The following week your subscription will resume per usual!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply log in to your member account and click the “Cancel Subscription” button.
What is your Delivery zone?
We are currently delivering all throughout the Greater Toronto Area, all orders over $150 qualify for a free delivery.

What if I live outside the delivery zone?
We are always working towards expanding our delivery areas, If we currently do not deliver in your area please contact us at email@example.com and mention you would like to see your city added to our delivery zone.
When should I expect deliveries?
Deliveries are made twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Your delivery driver will arrive between 3:00 - 8:00 P.M. every Sunday and Wednesday with your package.
You will receive your first notification and an ETA via text message when your delivery driver begins your delivery, and a second notification once the delivery has been completed.

What if I live in an apartment building or condo?
Please leave detailed drop-off instructions that are as clear as possible in the Delivery Instructions section either when setting up your account or at checkout. If you’d like your order left with a concierge or security desk, or if our driver will require a buzzer code to gain access to your building or office, please let us know.
What if I'm not home to accept my meals on delivery day?
All our products are delivered in an insulated cooler bag designed to keep your meals cold and fresh for a couple hours until you return. All we ask is to contact us and let us know specific delivery instructions 24 hours prior to delivery day at email@example.com
What if I didn't receive my delivery?
If you feel we have missed your delivery in error please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service representative will contact you to sort things out.
Should I tip my driver?
Our drivers do not work off tips and are not expecting to receive them. However, if you feel your delivery driver's service was exceptional, tips are surely appreciated.
Who can I contact for delivery issues?
