Our Balanced Plan is the ideal choice for most people and works as a great introduction to On The Run Meals. This plan is portion-controlled and nutritionally complete with protein, starch/carbs, and vegetables. It was designed for our members who choose to eat healthily but don't want to give up on life's indulgences and have 3 balanced meals per day, it's great for a busy person who doesn't have time to meal prep but still wants to eat healthily.
